What if Tesla is not worth 700B?

Just an idea, don't get mad. Let's have a look at numbers. Tesla's market cap increased $599B in 2020. In the same period, the company delivered 499.6k cars. This means that the valuation increased by $1.3M per car sold - although the gross profit per vehicle is around $10k. Isn't there some kind of exaggeration here?
