Tech #valuations are not as stretched as they were during the previous #tech #bubbles!

The following table shows clearly that FAAMG stocks, despite their heavier weighing on the Nasdaq than in previous eras, has a lower average price to earnings ratio. Granted, P/E is only one of many variables used in determining valuation but the lower premium investors are willing to pay on average today indicates a shift in mindset and policy surrounding bubbles. Housing starts are down in the US
