In other terms, the vehicle is not only a 4-wheel drive, but it can also take on the most challenging bits of terrain as it features a "modular platform architecture. It features include a sophisticated leg and wheel locomotion system, 360-degree directional control, and a range of sensors for remote observation," quoting the company's press releases. They're also confident that this vehicle, or type of vehicle, to explore unknown territories such as the Moon or Mars.

CoStar up-bids rivals in CoreLogic acquisition.

Commercial property data vendor CoStar Group Inc said on Tuesday it has made a $6.9 billion all-stock offer to buy CoreLogic Inc, weeks after the real-estate data provider agreed to be acquired by two private equity firms. CoStar offered 0.1019 shares of its common stock in exchange for each share of CoreLogic, implying a value of about $95.76 per share. The offer represents a premium of 16.8% to CoreLogic's close on Friday. Source: Yahoo

S&P Earnings Estimates through 2022

According to Morgan Stanley, S&P earnings are expected to rebound to $175 in 2021 and $193 in 2022, versus $138 in 2020. The consensus seems to agree for 2021, but estimates even higher returns for 2022, with $201.
