Only 7% of investors think the US market is in a bubble

According to a Bank of America study, only 7% of investors think that the US equity market is in a bubble. While the market does look a little overvalued - as massive liquidity and stimulus helped to inflate our GDPs-, it becomes interesting to ask the question if we are in the late stage, or still in the early stage. We could either be in the late stage, following the very rapid post-covid development, but it is also not impossible that extraordinary policy response paved the way for a new recovering cycle, which would mean that markets still have an important up potential.

Big picture view of winners and losers related to Biden's $2 trillion plan

Capex is set to bounce with Biden's $2T plan. Robotic automation stocks from new industrial plants could bloom. Engineering firms will gain from increased demand for their services. Semiconductors, equipment, 5G infrastructure and broadband are set to see winners. R&D is not well supported by the plan's $23B (over eight years) budget but perhaps the private sector will compensate for that.
