Remain cautious given macro/trade uncertainties. In addition, the stock's premium valuation versus broader semis also sets a high bar for execution. While Q1 marked an impressive turn for AMBA, the firm faces stiff competition ahead. AMBA high valuation might be over exposed to China restriction risks and while their auto segment is in a run of form, there is competition from Intel/Mobileye, Nvidia and Qualcomm (they all compete on similar technologies, think AI chips).

Canada's main stock index rose above the 20,000 level for the very first time on Tuesday, pushed up by gains in energy shares and a rotation to value stocks as well as a global economic recovery.
