Bitcoin might just be failing as an inflation hedge

Bitcoin has not been seen by investors as an inflation tool and in fact gold has also fallen in recent weeks, or down 4.8% this year and 12% from Augusts record levels. Declining yields have communicated investor angst about a slowing down of the recovery. For Bitcoin, inflation does not seem to have as much of an effect as does policy changes, public acceptance, and influential tweeters like Elon Musk. Source: WSJ
